Thank you for choosing Melody Mom for your child's party. Now that we confirmed your date and we are ready to go, please help us make this the best party by completing the party info/details below and then sending your deposit.

Is the party INSIDE or OUTSIDE, if outside is there a shaded area with a plug nearby?

IIs there any other forms of entrtainment (bounce house, balloon artist, etc)?

Will there be other forms of entertainment, i.e. facepainter or magician, bounce house? If so, we ask that Melody Mom has her own performance time and space to entertain and other entertainment scheduled before or after, and if there is use of a bounch house, we turn it off while Melody Mom is there...

Will there be an available parking spot for Melody Mom and will entering and departing the function have easy access? Any info on this would be appreciated!

We always want your children to be comfortable. Is there anything that might upset the birthday child? (i.e.: music volume, too much stimulation, noisy instruments...)?

If there is anything else you would like to add to help us make this the most enjoyable party for you and your little one?
